Niall - a complete lifestyle change

When I first started training Niall I seen him in the gym unsure of what to do and how to achieve what he wanted.

Now he’s a successful online client, an important part of our team and someone who always gives back, shares goals, supports others, sets high standards for himself and others and continues to surprise me with his progress.

Niall progress outside the gym and overall wellbeing has completely changed, his energy levels are through the rough now and he’s productive instead of wasting time and always being tired.

We have set some exceptional challenges for Niall in the future and I have no doubt he will smash them like he has all previous ones….the perfect example of enjoying the progress, learning new things and living the healthy lifestyle he’s always wanted to have.

Amy - 20lbs down, pain free and socialising more than ever

After developing sciatica in 2021 I started to see a real decline in my overall health and fitness. I attempted multiple times to go to the gym but as soon as I felt so much as a twinge I would quit. I needed a PT who could help me lose weight, build up my strength as well as ensuring no further damage to my back. I also have a full time job as well as being a carer so a PT with flexibility was key. Thankfully I found all these qualities and more in Lesley. 

She took on board my goals and created a realistic and effective plan for our weekly sessions. She was incredibly supportive and motivating during each session and always checked in afterwards with constructive feedback. She educated me on how to improve my diet and explained that I could eat out and socialise while still achieving the results I wanted.  It turns out there was no big secret; it was all about balance. 

What I didn't expect were the mental blocks I overcame with her coaching. I've used weights and equipment I would have been far too nervous to use before. I've attended exercise classes with friends I would have been too anxious to go to in the past. Her coaching has heightened my confidence that I know my fitness journey will continue to improve because of the fundamentals she has instilled during our time together. 

Overall, I can honestly say that having Lesley as my PT was the best investment I could have made for myself.
